Empowering Our Communities Grants Applications are now open

“Does your community group have a plan for a local project or activity to support South Australian regions experiencing drought?

Country SA PHN are seeking grant applications for activities promoting well-being in communities affected by drought.

Activities can include community events or workshops, lifestyle interventions to improve physical and mental health, or community education on topics such as resilience, stress management, depression and stigma.
