Given that we spend about a third of our lives at work, work can have a significant impact on our health and wellbeing. A workplace where there is a focus on a mentally healthy workplace is good for both business and staff through improved productivity and a more supported, engaged and motivated workforce. In this session, Mardi Webber (Mentally Healthy Workplace Consultant for ReturnToWorkSA) will provide an overview of what medical practices can do to work towards creating a mentally healthy workplace, the critical factors of success as well as the free tools, supports and resources available for general practice to take action.
