The Health Policy team is responsible for coordinating a number of activities that are critical to the work Country SA PHN carries out in communities across regional South Australia, including needs assessments, health research and strategic planning.

The Health Policy team’s input assists the organisation in two key ways. Firstly, we ensure consistency across Country SA PHN’s strategic plan, needs assessments and performance framework while at the same ensuring our organisation can fluidly meet the demands of ongoing health reform. Secondly, we advise of any relevant health and other related reform matters that may impact on our organisation, our communities and our health workforce.
