Researchers from Flinders University School of Nursing and Midwifery are looking for General Practitioners and Practice Nurses to participate in a project that investigates early and timely diagnosis of dementia and post-dementia diagnosis support.  General Practitioners and Practice Nurses will be asked to participate in focus groups or interviews for their perspectives and experiences on engaging with non-Chinese older people and their caregivers and/or South Australian migrant Chinese older people and their caregivers when they present to your practice for memory problems or other symptoms indicating possible dementia. Focus groups (1.5-2 hours) and interviews (45-60 minutes) will occur in the metropolitan Adelaide area as well as Victor Harbor.

If you would like to participate in this research project, please contact Ms Jenny Verbeeck on 8201 2201 or Dr Sandra Bradley by email at This email address is being protected from spambots.
